In the event that you are not satisfied with a product we will be happy to exchange that product or offer you a credit for the value of that product on your next order. Please note that you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the basket. You will be given a return authorization code & instructions.The product must be returned to us in its original package before an exchange or credit note can be applied to your account.
International Shipping
All orders being shipped overseas(international) must go insured, must be sent global express, there are no guarantees, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping
Full Moon Gift Baskets is committed to making you look good by providing the absolute finest gift baskets. We can fullfill your ordering needs whether it's large or small, corporate or personal.
We will make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving approved payment of your order. Please be aware that delays in shipping may occur during the holidays, as well as special request orders. We will make every effort to contact you via phone, and email if we forsee any delays.
In most cases we will ship all orders UPS. Most packages will arrive 4-6 business days.(Excludes Holiday Season)
We are not responsible for missed shipments if the recipient isn't available.
Deliveries
Local deliveries are available at $10.00 within a 10 mile radius. An additional charge of $1.00 per mile will be added for deliveries over the 10 mile radius. For multiple deliveries, add an additional $5.00 per address.
Damages
Damages caused by the carrier are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. Claims must be filed with the carrier for all damages done by that carrier.

Cancellation & Disclamier Policy
Once an order has been placed we can not guarantee changes or cancellation to your order. Any requests for cancellations, address changes, or re-routing of packages in transit will incur a fee of $10- $25 depending on the request.
